Trisquel（官方称呼为Trisquel GNU/Linux[1]）是基于Ubuntu的Linux操作系统。[2]该计划旨在建成一个完全由自由软件构造而不含任何专有软件及专有固件，还使用Linux-libre——一个清除所有非自由代码（二进制blob）的Linux核心。[3]Trisquel依赖于用户的捐款。[4]它的标志是一个三曲腿图。[5]
版本
現有兩款基本版本（Trisquel及Trisquel Mini），另有三款（Trisquel i18n、NetInstall及Sources DVD）：
Trisquel
此為標準版本，包含GNOME桌面環境及GUI，此外有英語和西班牙語的在地化語言包。以上整合於700MB的CD鏡像中。
Trisquel Mini
Trisquel Mini是主線Trisquel的替代版本，設計用於上網本及古舊機器。
它使用低資源需求的LXDE及輕量的GTK+、X Window System，以替代GNOME和Qt/KDE應用程式。[6]LXDE桌面同樣包含英語和西班牙語的在地化語言包。可從500MB的CD鏡像安裝。
Trisquel i18n
它是包括預裝了51種語言的安裝程式，封裝於1.2GB的DVD鏡像中。
NetInstall
此為基於文本介面的網路安裝方式，只需下載25MB CD鏡像。
Sources DVD
Trisquel安裝程式的全部源代碼封裝在3GB DVD鏡像可供下載。
歷史
該計劃始於2004年，由維戈大學贊助教育軟體的加利西亞語支援，後於2005年4月由GNU計劃創辦人理查·斯托曼作為特別來賓官方支援。[7]據計劃負責人Rubén Rodríguez言，奥伦塞省移民的南非及墨西哥社群對加利西亞語的支援有興趣。[8]
2008年12月左右，Trisquel包含於自由軟體基金會，見自由軟體基金會批准的Linux發行版。[9]

The releases that use GNOME 3.x use GNOME Classic/Flashback, rather than the default GNOME Shell. All Trisquel releases starting with version 6 are only based on Ubuntu LTS releases.[26]
当前的版本都包括这个软件：
- A rebranded version of Firefox called "Abrowser" that never suggests non-free add-ons, and includes no trademarked art or names. Abrowser is rebranded because the Mozilla Trademark Policy forbids modifications that include their trademark without consent.[27] As Adobe Flash Player is proprietary software, Trisquel does not provide it, instead offering the Gnash SWF Viewer.[28]
